Mobile Phone Xchange invites you to value your phone now by typing in the details into its search box.
You then receive a list of prices paid and you can choose cash, or for a bigger deal M&S, Argos or Debenhams vouchers.
But I cannot sell my mobile if it’s damaged you may say. Don’t worry, Mobile Phone XChange encourages you to trade it in as normal because you can get up to 80% of the value of your mobile in full working order.
Once you are happy with the price for your mobile, they send you a padded envelope to return it to them and they give you a tracking reference number to keep tabs on your phone. Mobile Phone Xchange also give you advice on the safest way to get your phone to them.
You need to do this within 14 days to guarantee the quoted price. Once they have received and checked it they send you a BACS payment within 3 days or a cheque within 7 days.
As well as sending your mobile, battery and memory card, you can also pop any accessories into the envelope and Mobile Phone Xchange will recycle those too.
Phones in good working order are sent around the world. Otherwise they can be used for parts or recycled in line with strict environmental requirements.
