Mopay
Who are Mopay?
Mopay’s process for selling your mobile is straightforward. Clicking on “find your phones” brings up all the logos of the mobile phone manufacturers. You then choose your make and a list of models with photos appears.
Scroll down till you see yours and click on it. If you cannot find your model, just give them a ring and they will give you a price within 24 hours.
You get prices for working and non-working models and an explanation of how to grade your phone.
Mopay also tell you what your phone’s IMEI number is and how to find it. Just fill in the number, select your phone’s grade and add to basket. You then have up to 30 days to send Mopay your old mobile and they don’t charge you for postage.
Don’t forget to remove your SIM card and save any personal information you need before sending your phone to them along with your order confirmation. Mobay promise to pay you the price you see on screen if you send your phone to them within the 30 day period.
Mopay say that about 97% of the phones they receive can be reused and put back into the global market to satisfy the huge worldwide demand for mobiles.
They really help in areas where landlines are not available and mobiles are the best way of doing business. If they cannot reuse your phone, it will be broken down for parts in accordance with the WEEE Directive.
