A new mobile phone recycling programme has been launched at GITEX shopper in Dubai called Foneswap.

As well as mobile phone recycling, consumers are being offered trade in and trade up solutions and are being encouraged to recycle by incentives such as cash back or shopping vouchers at leading electronics retail outlets.

Foneswap is owned by Technocare who provide reverse logistics & after-sales-service for telecom products in the UAE and Middle East region.

Visitors will be helped to get the best deals for their old phones by experienced and knowledgeable staff and are being assured best prices and guaranteed payment within 48 hours.

The programme lists a large number of handsets on its website and gives consumers an estimated value for their own phone dependent on its model and working condition.

Foneswap will be launched at Airport Expo Dubai next week.  The CEO of Technocare, Pritvi Rajkumar, says, “GITEX Shopper 2010, is the perfect opportunity for Technocare to showcase our foneswap program that is directly linked to consumers and the trade attending the event. While awareness has been generated during the launch, the exhibition provides a larger base for one-on-one interaction and the chance to showcase our bouquet of products and services.”
